Joint us for the Bickley Harvest Festival where you will be serenaded by the local choir (Cockatoos, parrots, maggies, etc) and treated to some of the wonderful fare produced right on your door step. You will taste the range of four HHH gins (one of them in a mini cocktail) and get a lesson on how the gin is made in front of the big girl who does all the hard work – Betty, the 330L copper still. If you want to dig deeper into the technical stuff, Hilton will be only too pleased to talk technical.
