For an intimate and immersive experience, book a tasting or distillery tour and witness the magic behind the stills. Tastings include a mini cocktail and educational tours describing the process of distilling, the secrets of gin and whisky and anything else that might pique your interest in Hilton’s fascinating workshop. With just 15 guests per session, you’ll receive personalised attention and a deep dive into the art of spirit-making.
You will taste the range of four HHH gins (one of them in a mini cocktail & for an extra $7.50 our award winning whisky is available) and get a lesson on how the spirits are made in front of the big girl who does all the hard work – Betty, the 330L copper still. If you want to dig deeper into the technical stuff, Hilton will be only too pleased to talk technical.
