Carmel Distillery is a small batch artisan producer of whisky, brandy, gin, vodka, and seasonal liqueurs, crafted in the Perth Hills using local produce and a strong neighbourhood spirit.
Our range has picked up medals at both the Melbourne Royal Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and the Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards, and we’re proud to be making award winning spirits right here in Carmel.
We give new life to press fractions from local winemakers that would otherwise go to waste, turning them into the smooth grape spirit that sits at the heart of our vodka and seasonal liqueurs.
For this year’s Bickley Harvest Festival, we’re inviting you into the distillery for a behind the scenes tasting experience. Join us on Saturday 16 May or Saturday 23 May 2026 to see where the magic happens and take home a true taste of the region.
