Carmel Distillery is a small-batch, artisan producer of gin, vodka, and seasonal liqueurs. We’re passionate about the Perth Hills and about using local produce, working in true neighbourhood style with other local businesses.
In 2023 we racked up medals at the Melbourne Royal Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards and it makes us proud to be able to say we make the best Vodka in WA right here in Carmel!
We distil press fractions from local winemakers that aren’t suitable for premium wine (and would normally be disposed of) to make the smooth base spirit that’s the heart of our range of award-winning vodkas, gins and seasonal liqueurs.
We’re popping up at MyattsField for the Bickley Harvest Festival where we’ll have a range of products available for tasting and bottle sales. Come visit and take home a true taste of our region.
