Carmel Distillery is a small batch artisan producer of whisky, brandy, gin, vodka, and seasonal liqueurs, proudly made in the Perth Hills. We work closely with local growers and businesses, using regional produce to create spirits that reflect the place we call home.
Our spirits have earned medals at both the Melbourne Royal Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and the Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards, and we’re proud to be crafting award winning spirits right here in Carmel.
We also give new life to press fractions from local winemakers that would otherwise go to waste, transforming them into the smooth grape spirit that sits at the heart of our vodka and seasonal liqueurs.
You’ll find us popping up at Hainault @ Carmel during the opening weekend of the Festival, Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 May, pouring tastings and offering bottles for sale.
