As part of this year’s Bickley Harvest Festival, we’re opening the distillery doors and inviting you behind the scenes!
Join Simon, our Chief Alchemist, for a relaxed tasting session exploring how local ingredients are transformed into handcrafted brandy, vodka, gin, and liqueurs right here in the Perth Hills.

– A brief history of Carmel Distillery and how we got started in the Perth Hills
– A behind-the-scenes look at our equipment and distillation process
– Guided tastings of four handcrafted spirits / liqueurs
– A custom cocktail tasting featuring one of our favourites
– Light nibbles to complement the tasting lineup
We only open the distillery to the public during the festival, so this is your chance to step inside and see where the magic happens.
