Carmel Distillery is a small-batch, artisan producer of whisky, brandy, gin, vodka, and seasonal liqueurs. We’re passionate about the Perth Hills and about using local produce, working in true neighbourhood style with other local businesses.
In 2023 we racked up medals at the Melbourne Royal Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards and it makes us proud to be able to say we make the best Vodka in WA right here in Carmel!
We distil press fractions from local winemakers that aren’t suitable for premium wine (and would normally be disposed of) to make the smooth base spirit that’s the heart of our award-winning vodka and seasonal liqueurs.
As part of this year’s Bickley Harvest Festival, we’re throwing open the distillery doors and inviting you behind the scenes to see where the magic happens at Carmel Distillery. Book your distillery tour experience here, available only during the month of May.
