Bickley Harvest Festival Registration

All businesses wishing to participate in the Bickley Harvest Festival must complete this form and acknowledge all terms and conditions contained within.
The festival main weekend will be 2 & 3 May 2026, with satellite events ongoing throughout the whole month (additional weekend participation is optional). Additional funding has been committed to promote events for venues who wish to engage in additional Harvest activities throughout the month of May.
For the opening weekend, participating venues are asked to curate an experience for visiting patrons which we will then promote as part of the festival. Experiences should ideally be something different to what is offered on a “normal weekend”. Should you need assistance with an event concept for your venue, contacts for attractions or food providers or just have a general question, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Please be mindful that the weather during early May is unpredictable and to ensure that the potential for rain is taken into consideration during event planning.
All PR coverage, including editorial content, live TV broadcasts and influencer activities is not always controlled by KCC. We endeavour to distribute the coverage across venues as much as possible but can not guarantee every venue the same level of media coverage.
Organisation of the event will be overseen by Tania @ The Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce and supported by our committee, volunteers and chamber staff.

KCC are pleased to offer a $1 participation fee for KCC members in 2026. Please note once Tourism WA grant funding for marketing is completed, the festival will need to revert to charging a participation fee. Join the chamber at kalamundachamber.com/join/

Participation in subsequent weekends throughout May is optional. Marketing activity will be undertaken by event organisers for any venues who opt in.
Camping Host(Required)


Would you like to host on-site camping? The City will assist with permits required for those who wish to participate.
Shuttle Bus ($250 per venue)(Required)


Please indicate whether you would like to be included on the hop-on/off shuttle route. Cost for inclusion is $250 per venue. Shuttles will run Sat 2nd and Sun 3rd May only. Cost covers inclusion on both days.

Would you like to be included in influencer promotions?(Required)


KCC will cover fee costs of paid engagements however venues who wish to engage with influencers must ‘host’ them at own expense. This may include things like tastings or lunch.
Are you happy to provide some complimentary products or experiences for use as promotions, prizes and sponsorship rewards?(Required)


KCC is looking for products and experiences to use as part of our promotions, prizing, media packs and sponsor recognition. Sponsorship funds cannot be used toward this so we seek support from Participating Businesses to facilitate this.

Social Media Packages


This year KCC are pleased to offer social media advertising packages to venues (chargeable service). If you would like to receive more information on this, please indicate here.
Photography Feature Package – $699 per venue


Need photographs of your vineyard, venue and wines/food? Book an editorial lifestyle photoshoot, ideal for media use, social media and websites. Please indicate here if you would like to receive more information.
KCC will also endeavour to use these photos (with permission) for placements in media outlets.

Please provide handle and reason for recommendation. All influencer engagements will be managed by our professional PR consultant, who considers the following when recommending influencers:
Niche markets, target demographics,
Engagement scores

Editorial content is generally decided by media outlets – the more interesting the story is, the more likely it is to be picked up. If you have an idea for a media story please make your suggestions here and we will include when pitching to media outlets.
